Pachua Studios provides creative services including branding, software development, music production, and related consulting services. Service details, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

2. Payment
Payments for services must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or project agreement. We may require a deposit before starting work. Full payment must be received before final deliverables are provided, unless otherwise specified.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once a project has begun. If you need to cancel prior to project kickoff, please contact us at hello@pachua.co.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide timely access to information, assets, and feedback necessary to complete projects. Delays caused by lack of communication or late approvals may affect project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pachua Studios retains ownership of all preliminary designs, code, drafts, and concepts. Final deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Pachua Studios is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
